Classes
Essential Strength
This is a beginner to intermediate level strength and conditioning class using weights and a variety of other equipment to increase muscular endurance, build strength, and increase muscle mass. Jumping and moderate impact exercises are included in most Strength classes. Modifications are always provided.
Low Impact Circuit Training
This class is designed specifically for beginner strength trainees and anyone looking to slow down the pace of their workout and get dialed in on proper mechanics. The workouts are broken up into an upper and lower body focus depending on the day of the week with an emphasis on balance and core stability. Anyone new to strength training, coming off of an injury, or requiring more care and awareness for their joints will benefit from this Low Impact Circuit class.
Cardio Crosstrain
This class is for the athlete inside all of us. Expect a fast-paced, high-intensity cross-training environment with loads of plyometric work and fun and functional athletic movement! Get ready to jump, skip, lunge, squat, pull and carry some serious weight during a fun team-focused class. Let’s play!
Core Essentials
Your core is the essential link between your upper and lower body, from where all movement originates and passes through. The Core Essentials experience focuses on building strength, endurance, and flexibility of these mid-body muscles at every angle. Modifications always provided in this mixed levels class. Please bring your own mat, towel, and water bottle to class.
Personal Training
Private personal training is designed for the client who requires a more specific and precise training protocol than our class schedule offers. Whether your goal is weight loss, training for an endurance event, or you’re looking for that accountability factor, the benefit of a coach guiding you every step of the way is invaluable tool to help you reach your goals.
Pre- & Post-Natal Fitness
Research shows BIG benefits of exercise during pregnancy, from better mood and sleep to reduced rates of pregnancy complications such as gestational diabetes and high blood pressure. However, sometimes exercise seems like the last thing you want to do when you’re pregnant. Working with an experienced and educated Pre- & Post-Natal fitness coach will keep you motivated and safe while ensuring that you’re getting the workout that suits you and your growing baby during each trimester. Offering private sessions and limited group training.
